Prerequisites
- ServiceNow instance with admin access
- ServiceNow instance URL (e.g.
https://your-instance.service-now.com) - OAuth-capable app registration in ServiceNow
Setting Up the Connection
- Navigate to Integration → Integrations in the dashboard
- Click Connect on ServiceNow
- Enter your ServiceNow instance URL
- You will be redirected to ServiceNow to authorize OAuth access
- The connection becomes active after successful authorization
