Prerequisites

  • ServiceNow instance with admin access
  • ServiceNow instance URL (e.g. https://your-instance.service-now.com)
  • OAuth-capable app registration in ServiceNow

Setting Up the Connection

  1. Navigate to Integration → Integrations in the dashboard
  2. Click Connect on ServiceNow
  3. Enter your ServiceNow instance URL
  4. You will be redirected to ServiceNow to authorize OAuth access
  5. The connection becomes active after successful authorization
