Receive governance alerts as Teams messages. Approval requests arrive as Adaptive Cards with a direct link to the decision in the platform.

Prerequisites
- Microsoft 365 with admin permissions for Teams app installation
- Azure Tenant ID
- Desired Teams channel for notifications
Setting Up the Connection
- Navigate to Integration → Integrations in the dashboard
- Click Connect on Microsoft Teams
- Enter your Azure Tenant ID
- You will be redirected to Microsoft to authorize Teams messaging permissions
- Choose the Teams channel for governance notifications
Approval Workflow
Identical to the Slack workflow, but via Teams Adaptive Cards: the card carries the request context and a link to the approval in the platform, where reviewers approve or deny. In-card Approve/Deny actions are on the roadmap and not yet available.
