Prerequisites
- Microsoft 365 with admin permissions for Teams app installation
- Azure Tenant ID
- Desired Teams channel for notifications
Setting Up the Connection
- Navigate to Integration → Integrations in the dashboard
- Click Connect on Microsoft Teams
- Enter your Azure Tenant ID
- You will be redirected to Microsoft to authorize Teams messaging permissions
- Choose the Teams channel for governance notifications
Approval Workflow
Identical to the Slack workflow but via Teams Adaptive Cards. Reviewers can click Approve/Deny directly in Teams without opening the dashboard.
