Approval Queue

Review, approve, and deny approval requests

Open the Queue

Navigate to Approvals in the sidebar. The queue shows all pending approval requests, sorted by urgency.

Request Details

Each request shows: agent name and type, triggering policy or permission rule, context (the prompt or planned action), risk level, and remaining time (countdown to timeout).

Making a Decision

Click a request to open the detail view:

Approve

Click Approve (green). The agent's action continues. The approval is anchored on the blockchain (always, non-deactivatable).

Deny

Click Deny (red). Optionally enter a denial reason. The denial is anchored on the blockchain.

Timeout Behavior

If no decision is made within the configured time (default: 24h), the fallback action applies: Deny (default), Approve (only for low-criticality actions), or Escalate (forward to the next level in the approval chain).

Filtering and Sorting

By agent, by urgency (high first by default), by age (nearest timeout first).
