Slack & Teams Approve/Deny

Handle approval requests directly in Slack or Microsoft Teams

Approvals Directly in Your Messenger

When Slack or Microsoft Teams is connected as a dispatcher, you receive approval requests as interactive messages — directly in your usual communication tool.

Slack

The message contains: agent name and type, triggering policy, context (shortened, with link to full trace), and two buttons: Approve (green) and Deny (red). Click a button. The decision is immediately transmitted to the platform and anchored on the blockchain.

Microsoft Teams

The message is an Adaptive Card v1.5 with the same information and action buttons, plus a link to the dashboard for full context.

Prerequisite

The respective platform must be connected under IntegrationsAlerts & Approvals. See Connect Slack & Teams.

Why this matters: Without mobile approval capability, a 24h timeout blocks the entire agent pipeline just because the reviewer isn't at their desk.
