Common Problems

API returns 401 Unauthorized

Cause: Invalid or expired API key. Solution: Check the key under Settings → Security. Rotate if needed.

API returns 429 Too Many Requests

Cause: Rate limit reached. Solution: Check your tier and configured limit behavior. Consider upgrade or top-up.

Agent stuck in "Draft"

Cause: For high-risk agents: FRIA not completed. Solution: Open the agent drawer and click Complete FRIA.

Traces show "LOCAL ONLY" permanently

Cause: Flare blockchain not configured or inactive. Solution: Activate Flare under Settings → Security → Blockchain.

Policy not triggering

Cause: Policy is inactive or scope doesn't match the affected agent. Solution: Check the Active/Inactive toggle and the policy's scope.

Budget exceeded but agent not suspended

Cause: Budget check runs per-request, not continuously. Solution: Expected behavior. The next request will be blocked.

Browser Guard shows no data in dashboard

Cause: Extension installed but extension key not entered. Solution: Click the extension icon and enter the ext_... key.
