ServiceNow & Jira
Automatic incident/issue creation for governance events
ServiceNow
- Navigate to Integrations → Ticketing & Evidence → ServiceNow.
- Enter your Instance URL, Client ID, and Client Secret.
- Click Test & Save.
Automatic incidents: For critical governance events, the platform creates a ServiceNow incident with urgency/impact auto-mapped from event severity.
Jira
- Navigate to Integrations → Ticketing & Evidence → Jira.
- Enter your Jira URL, Email, and API Token.
- Select the Project Key and Issue Type.
- Click Test & Save.
Automatic issues: For governance events, the platform creates a Jira issue with formatted ADF tables and configurable project key.
