When is a FRIA Required?

Art. 27 EU AI Act requires a FRIA only for high-risk agents. A high-risk agent can only be activated once the FRIA is completed.

  2. In the agent drawer: FRIA required — Agent cannot be activated.
  3. Click Complete FRIA.

Alternatively: ComplianceFRIA Tracker shows all agents with pending FRIAs.

Form Sections

  1. Purpose Description — Describe the intended use and affected groups.
  2. Fundamental Rights Analysis — Assess per right (Privacy, Non-discrimination, Freedom of Expression, Effective Remedy, Freedom of Assembly): impact level and justification.
  3. Mitigation Measures — Reference active policies, responsibility chain, and capability model.
  4. Residual Risk Assessment — After mitigation: how high is the remaining risk?
