Configure Budgets
Set up three budget dimensions per agent and define exceedance behavior
The Three Budget Dimensions
1. Request Budget (Governance Checks/Day)
Counts how many governance checks (= verify calls) the agent may perform per day. This is the platform's billing metric.
2. LLM Cost Budget (€/Day)
Estimated maximum token consumption per day. Calculated via token count × model price registry. This is an estimate for observability purposes.
3. Action Budget (€/Day)
Maximum amount for real monetary transactions (payments, orders, invoices). Only relevant if the capability model allows finance tools.
Configure Budgets
- In the Wizard: Step 6
- In the Agent Drawer: Budgets section, click the edit icon
Per dimension, set the daily value and exceedance behavior: Block, Require Approval, or Warn.
Anomaly Alerts

| Agent at 80% of daily budget | Warning (yellow) |
| Agent at 100% of daily budget | Critical (red) + configured action |
| Project at 90% of monthly budget | Warning to admin |
| Project at 100% of monthly budget | Critical to admin + configured action |
Alerts are delivered via all connected dispatchers (Slack, Teams, etc.).
